U.S. Capitol Christmas TreeFor the first time in its 50 year history, the U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree is coming from the great state of Alaska. Not only is Seward honored to provide America’s Christmas tree, they are also sending their homegrown band, Blackwater Railroad Company, to Washington D.C.

Blackwater is going to accompany the U.S. tree across the United States and play concerts in support of the Alaska Music Project for Youth. In addition, they will be making several national television appearances and are scheduled to be  received later this year at the White House.
